Carly has had a love for animals since she was a child and as she grew, so did her strong desire to work with dogs. Carly pushed to make her dream a reality. Landing a job at a local Boarding / Training facility in 2009 was just the beginning, she was able to apprentice under two very well known and established dog trainers and learn what was required to become an accomplished trainer. With almost a decade of experience working with and around dogs, she now understands that, like humans, dogs have unique personalities and do not all respond to the same type of training enforcement, this realization has lead her to found CBowden's Valley Dog School, a school for training canines and their owners to use many different approaches to training. Her methods have been proven to work very effectively on problem dogs, especially. 

As a trainer, She is not stuck on one tool or technique or one training philosophy. She is open-minded and communicative, and will use all tools at her disposal in order to achieve the best possible result with any given dog and handler team.  Sometimes that goal is to have a more mannerly house pet and sometimes that goal is to curb aggression issues. 

Carly has fostered for a few dog rescue organizations in the past to provide obedience training to some more difficult cases to help place them. She has also titled a personal dog in Rally Obedience Trials too. 

Carly understands that it is her job to stay informed and knowledgeable on all methods and techniques to better help your dog, so she makes sure to attend seminars and workshops held by top trainers and continues to do her research and schooling to continue building on her knowledge and skills.
